The Sound Souls Pop-Up Sound Baths take our sessions into beautiful, interesting and sometimes unexpected places.
The sounds, surroundings and atmosphere of each place become part of the experience, adding their own unique backdrop to each sound bath and making every Pop-Up a little different.
Simply settle in, knowing there’s nothing for you to do and nowhere else to be. Just time to rest.

Dibbinsdale, Wirral
A pop-up sound bath beneath the trees in the Walled Garden at Dibbinsdale Local Nature Reserve on the Wirral, UK.
The natural sounds of the woodland became part of the soundscape, while the event raised £220 for Celandine Wood Animal Rescue.
Nagi Gumba, Nepal
A pop-up sound bath in the grounds of Nagi Gumba, a Buddhist nunnery in the hills above Kathmandu, as part of a day of yoga and hiking.
The sounds and atmosphere of this extraordinary setting became part of the experience.
