These Terms & Conditions apply to use of The Sound Souls website and to bookings and purchases made through The Sound Souls website, booking pages or directly with us.
Please read the information provided for the particular training, session, event, product or service you are purchasing, as additional terms or booking conditions may apply.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
About us
The Sound Souls is operated by Debbie Kneale, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
Please ensure that the contact information you provide when booking is accurate and that you continue to have access to the email address supplied, as this will normally be our primary means of communicating with you.
Where a deposit or payment plan is offered, the payment terms will be shown at the time of booking. By choosing that option, you agree to make the remaining payments when due.
Prices and payment arrangements applicable to each service will be shown on the relevant booking or information page.
Live training and events
Places on live training courses, sound bath sessions and other events are limited and your booking reserves a place for you.
Cancellation and transfer arrangements may vary according to the type of event and will be stated on the relevant booking page or booking confirmation.
Where permitted, you may be able to transfer your place to another suitable person by contacting us in advance.
If The Sound Souls has to cancel or significantly change an event, we will contact affected participants as soon as reasonably possible and explain the options available.
We are not responsible for consequential costs you may incur in connection with attending an event, such as travel or accommodation, except where required by law.
Training and certification
Participation in training does not automatically guarantee certification where completion requirements, practical observations, assessments or other criteria apply.
Any applicable completion or certification requirements will be explained as part of the relevant training.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that any training they undertake is suitable for their own professional needs and for checking any requirements imposed by their employer, professional body or insurer.
Health, safety and participation
Some Sound Souls sessions and training include practical activities.
Relevant precautions and participation information will be provided where appropriate. You are responsible for reading this information and for providing relevant information requested as part of the booking process.
If you are unsure whether participation is appropriate for you, please contact us before booking and, where appropriate, seek advice from a suitably qualified healthcare professional.
Where additional learning or accessibility support may be required, please contact us before booking so that we can discuss reasonable adjustments with you.
Online and digital content
Where a purchase includes access to online learning or other protected digital material, access is for the registered participant only unless we expressly state otherwise.
Login details and protected course materials must not be shared with another person.
Specific access periods, completion requirements or other conditions applying to an online course or digital resource will be stated with the relevant product.
Where digital content is supplied immediately, any statutory cancellation rights will be dealt with in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of The Sound Souls website, training, manuals, resources, online learning and other materials is owned by The Sound Souls or used with permission.
Materials supplied for your personal learning or professional practice may be used for the purposes expressly stated when they are provided.
They may not be copied, reproduced, shared, sold, published, distributed, adapted or used to create or deliver competing training, resources, products or services without prior written permission.
The Sound Souls Method™ and associated training materials and resources may not be represented as your own methodology, training system or intellectual property.

Changes to these terms
