Sound bath sessions are intended to support relaxation and well being and are generally considered safe.

However, as a precaution, this session may not be suitable if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker or implanted electronic medical device, have sound-induced epilepsy, are taking anti-psychotic medication or are currently experiencing significant mental health difficulties.
